Othello is a production of Shakespeare's tragedy directed by Haysam Kadri, featuring André Sills as Othello, Evan Buliung as the manipulative Iago, and Krystin Pellerin as Desdemona. The play follows Othello, a celebrated military leader whose love for Desdemona is slowly poisoned by the scheming of the embittered Iago, leading to one of the most heartbreaking downfalls in dramatic literature. The production explores themes of race, power, vulnerability, and perception, with a cast that also includes Jordin Hall as Cassio, Jessica B. Hill as Emilia, and Rylan Wilkie as Roderigo. Set design is by Brian Dudkiewicz, costumes by Gillian Gallow, lighting by Siobhán Sleath, and sound and composition by Thomas Ryder Payne.
