Ctrl Alt Delete: An Alphabetical Musical explores a whimsical scenario where the English language must cut its workforce of 26 letters down to 19. Seven at-risk letters—F, K, Q, S, W, X, and Z—are summoned to defend their worth in a meeting attended by an audience jury. With a mix of features from comedy and musical theatre, the production raises questions about significance and survival in an ever-evolving linguistic landscape. Directed and choreographed by Stephen Cota, this innovative show highlights the creative potential within seemingly simple frameworks.
