13 Going on 30 - The Musical follows Jenna Rink, an awkward 13-year-old whose birthday wish magically transforms her into a 30-year-old editor of a fashion magazine with a seemingly perfect life, sending her on a journey to discover what and who really matters. Based on the beloved 2004 film starring Jennifer Garner and Mark Ruffalo, with Garner serving as Executive Producer of this stage adaptation, the musical features original songs by Alan Zachary and Michael Weiner. The book is written by the film's original writers Josh Goldsmith and Cathy Yuspa, directed by Andy Fickman, with choreography by Jennifer Weber. The WhatsOnStage Award-winning production made its world premiere at Manchester Opera House in September 2025, playing to sold-out houses.
