Playhouse Creatures Theatre continues its remarkably successful, 'Little Creatures Act Out' Youth Theatre Program with its week-long camp, serving 15-18 youths (ages 8-14).

Brooklyn-based Asase Yaa Cultural Arts Foundation and their School of the Arts program is gearing up for what they anticipate will be its largest Children's Summer Art Camp since its inception in 2006.

Sarasota Youth Opera's annual Summer Camp engages young people in the magic of opera with sessions in singing, acting, props, wigs, make-up, and costumes, all led by professional singers, artists, directors, musicians, and technicians. Summer Camp sessions will take place from 10am to 4:00pm, Monday through Friday, between June 10-28, with an option of one, two, or three week sessions, at the Sarasota Opera House, 61 N. Pineapple, Sarasota, FL 34236. Tuition is based on age and session, with options for pre and post care available. Tuition assistance is also available.

Brooklyn-based Asase Yaa Cultural Arts Foundation and their School of the Arts program is gearing up for what they anticipate will be its largest Children's Summer Art Camp since its inception in 2006. Ensemble Theatre Cincinnati (ETC) announces its second year of ETC Summer Stock, an exciting summer program that offers three weeks of theatre camp for youth, now including a High School Technical Theatre Intensive. London's Rose Bruford College of Theatre and Performance has once again attracted a world-renowned faculty of teachers to deliver its 2019 summer programme of courses.

Registration has begun for Howard County Arts Council's (HCAC) spring educational programs at the Howard County Center for the Arts in Ellicott City. HCAC offers classes and workshops for lifelong learners from Pre-K through adult. Classes typically range in duration from six to eight weeks. Spring arts programs, open to the public, begin April 15.

Granbury Theatre Academy announced a Children's Series and summer camps to be held at the historic Granbury Opera House.

This summer ballet students from around the world will have the opportunity to train with the legendary José Manuel Carreño during American Repertory Ballet/Princeton Ballet School Summer Intensive, June 24 through July 26.  The Summer Intensive program is open to students ages 13 and older.

The Playhouse's Theatre Academy will once again offer a June Performance Camp which includes grades 1-12. Each age group will be given a script and the opportunity to audition, rehearse, and perform on the last evening of camp.

BPA Theatre School enrollment for summer classes is now open for pupils of all ages. Under the experienced leadership of Katharine Beddoe, students (ages 4 - 7) in Creative Drama will explore the elements of theatre and learn to use their faces, bodies, and voices to tell a story. Katharine will also lead students (ages 6 - 8) as they learn two song-and-dance numbers and engage in goofy, imaginative skill-building theatre games in Introduction to Musical Theatre.

The highly-regarded Brooklyn-based Asase Yaa Cultural Arts Foundation, which is celebrating its 18th Anniversary this year, has scheduled an Open House event at its new location, PS 21 on Saturday, April 13, 2019 from 4:00 - 6:00 PM. The Foundation relocated to PS 21 in early January. They have also announced plans to extend registration for an additional thirty students (ages 4 -13) to attend their popular Children's Summer Arts Camp. The six-week camp commences on June 21st.

Bay Street Theater & Sag Harbor Center for the Arts is pleased to offer The Riotous Youth! A Shakespearean Comedy Theater Camp on Monday, April 22 - Friday, April 26 from 9 am - 3 pm daily. Ages 7-12 and Ages 13-18. The camps are taught by Allen O'Reilly and Teresa DeBerry.

Wild Swan Theater is offering a lineup of drama camps once again this summer.  Camps begin June 17th and run through August 2nd, with sessions available for children ages 4-12.  Wild Swan Theater drama camps are fun experiences where kids can feel safe and comfortable exploring the imaginative world of theater.  Our main goal is that every camper has a great time cultivating their creativity and leaves camp feeling successful. Activities include warm-ups, theater games, and improvisations that bring people together in a nurturing, memorable way.  Some weeks also include craft activities such as making props and costume pieces.  

Dance and visual arts will combine when Miami City Ballet School partners with The Bass Museum of Art for a Spring Dance and Art Camp. Through this partnership of two of Miami's most innovative art forms and beloved institutions the spring camp will create a dynamic cultural arts experience for children over five days, March 25-29, 2019.

The new Paramount School of the Arts will celebrate its Grand Opening on Saturday, June 1, 2019, a date that will launch a new era for the live performing arts in downtown Aurora.

DPAC is proud to announce Next Stop BROADWAY, a new week-long musical theater program consisting of classes, workshops, and rehearsals focused on classic Broadway shows. A staff of esteemed Broadway professionals, headed by Broadway veteran Tony Parise, will teach participants songs and choreography from two hit shows from the 'Golden Age of Broadway' and cast members will create their own presentations based on shows in the upcoming DPAC season and other hit musicals.

On August 14, 2018 a fire at Usdan Summer Camp for the Arts destroyed two historic studios and impacted other buildings and systems throughout the campus of the critically acclaimed summer day camp for the arts. The damage was limited because of the fast and professional work of the Suffolk County fire and police officers.
