With music and lyrics by Jeff Bowen and a book by Hunter Bell, [title of show] chronicles its own creation as an entry in the New York Musical Theatre Festival. This one-act musical directed by Anthony Paul Gilkinson with music direction by Peter A. Belk, follows two guys writing a musical about two guys writing a musical about two guys and their two actress friends from the initial creative period to opening on Broadway. mad Theatre of Tampa is excited to bring this 2008 Broadway and Tony®-nominated musical starring Peter A. Belk, Aaron T. Castle, Laura Marie Folsom and Karli Marie Gundersen to the Shimberg Playhouse.
