By overwhelming popular demand, freeFall's bold production of this classic returns for five weeks to open our 2012-2013 season. The legendary 1966 musical smash with score by Kander and Ebb is set in pre-war Weimar Germany in the seedy world of a Berlin cabaret called The Kit Kat Klub. While tensions build outside with the rise of the Nazi party, the care-free abandon of the bohemian world of the club is interrupted. “You won’t see a better Cabaret than freeFall’s bold staging of the show biz classic.” -John Fleming, Tampa Bay Times
