A new play by Sydney actor and playwright Rowan Freeman is inspired by his real-life arrest in 2011 and includes some dialogue taken directly from a recording of the subsequent police interview. Safety Switch, directed by Eden Falk and featuring Freeman alongside Warwick Allsopp, Mansoor Noor and Fiona Pepper, is at the Old Fitz from 13 to 24 May 2015 as part of the venue's late night season.
