The piece speaks out about and unpacks a burning issue that thousands of people live with in silence, the issue of forced removals and land restitution. THROUGH THE EYES OF THE MASSES brings raw emotion and fearlessness to the fore with a fusion of poetry and dance that lays bare the harsh reality of lives that were shattered. The promises of restitution never fulfilled is depicted in a line-up of separate works that explore the pain, anger, sadness and love.
