Due to popular demand, Firebrand Theatre has announced a second extension of its hit revival of ALWAYS... PATSY CLINE, now playing through Saturday, January 25, 2020 at The Den Theatre's Janet Bookspan Theatre, 1331 N. Milwaukee Ave. in Chicago.

Due to popular demand, Firebrand Theatre's hit revival of ALWAYSa?? PATSY CLINE will add three additional weeks of performances, extending through Saturday, January 4, 2020 at The Den Theatre's Janet Bookspan Theatre, 1331 N. Milwaukee Ave. in Chicago.

Whether it be CCTVs, cell phones, dash cams or home security cameras, crimes that are caught on camera go viral almost instantaneously. But once the video of the ordeal leaves our feeds, we're quickly onto the next thing and are often left with more questions than answers. Now, Investigation Discovery's original digital series CAUGHT ON CAMERA: THE UNTOLD STORIES revisits the most outrageous crimes caught on tape and takes a deep dive into the fascinating mysteries swirling around some of these infamous moments. Layered throughout the video footage are interviews with family members, investigators, Good Samaritans and survivors, revealing that there's always more to the story. Going beyond the headlines, five, 10-minute episodes of CAUGHT ON CAMERA: THE UNTOLD STORIES (#CaughtOnCamera) are available now on Investigation Discovery's TV Everywhere platform, IDGO, with the second run of five episodes being released on November 29. 

The City of Cleveland Heights announces LEGALLY BLONDE THE MUSICAL (June 11-28, 2020) and SONDHEIM ON SONDHEIM (August 6-16, 2020) will be produced in the Alma Theater as part of Cain Parkʼs 82nd season. Cain Park Theater Artistic Director Joanna May Cullinan directs both with musical direction by Jordan Cooper and choreography by Imani Jackson for Legally Blonde The Musical.

It takes a village to create a masterpiece. OBIE Winner, José Rivera ('Marisol' and 'References to Salvador Dali Make Me Hot'), premieres another powerful stage-work at the East Village's arts haven, The theater at the 14th Street Y.

LIVING FOR TODAY will present a benefit concert entitled Living for Today: a?oePut on a Happy Facea??, on Sunday, October 20, 2019 at Joe's Pub (425 Lafayette St) beginning at 7PM. The concert is produced and directed by David Alpert (If/Then, The Apple Boys) with music direction by Jason Wetzel (After Midnight). Tickets are priced $15 and $25; with a select amount of $100 VIP seats which includes an after-show champagne toast with the company. Tickets are available at www.joespub.com. The concert will feature a live band and Broadway stars performing their favorite showtunes, all chosen to make us smile.

Orlando Shakes in partnership with UCF's season-opener, Evita, featuring music by Andrew Lloyd Webber and lyrics and book by Tim Rice, runs from September 4 - October 6, 2019. Raven Theatre launches its 2019-20 season with the Chicago premiere of Rachel Bonds' drama SUNDOWN, YELLOW MOON, featuring music and lyrics by The Bengsons, directed by Artistic Director Cody Estle with music direction by Andra Velis Simon. This warm and delicate play with music is an honest look at the hard work of holding a family together and reconnecting with what we've left behind. Casting will be announced shortly.

African-American director David Norwood premieres a uniquely re-envisioned American version of TENDER NAPALM by renowned British playwright Philip Ridley (The Pitchfork Disney, Mercury Fur, The Fastest Clock in the Universe). This poetic two-hander originally premiered in London in 2011, before making a limited engagement Off-Broadway debut in 2012 to critical acclaim.

A formidable presence on the stage but, more recently, an even more commanding fisherman, folk troubadour CHUCK RAGAN is the subject of LANDSICK, an award-winning documentary that was released last year and is now getting a wide release via YouTube. A consummate angler and guide, Chuck's skill at fishing is the center of LANDSICK, a short film from Costa Sunglasses® and filmmaker Matt Devlin and producer Peter Vandergrift.  Winning the award for Best Story at The Drake's 12th Annual Video Awards, the documentary chronicled Chuck's delicate balance between music, his family, and his fishing.

Broadway, brace yourself for the return of Aaron Tveit! Tveit has had an extremely successful and diverse career, on stage and screen, but Broadway has been missing him since he wrapped up in Catch Me If You Can in 2011. Now, Tveit is making his return to the Great White Way in Moulin Rouge! Take a look back on Aaron's career, and see what he's been up to since we last saw him on a Broadway stage!

Hoboken is about to open at the Hollywood Fringe Festival. Director Fritz Brekelller took time from a busy schedule to talk with us about the show. Fritz Brekeller has worked extensively in the soap opera world, winning multiple Daytime Emmy Awards, most recently this past May, as part of the directing team at CBS's The Young and the Restless. THEATER: He received a 2016 NY Innovative Theater award for Outstanding Direction of Scott C. Sickles' Composure at the Workshop Theater. Among his many other theater credits, includes two past collaborations with playwright Laura Rohrman: My Life as You and The Elevator: Secret Thoughts. He also conceived the musical revue Foxy Ladies Love/Boogie 70's Explosion, which played to sold-out crowds at the legendary Duplex in Greenwich Village. TV: ABC's All My Children. FILM: What Would Bear Do? and the short, Through the Morning. WEB: season 4 of the indie soap, Empire and the pilot for the off-off Broadway spoof, Off-Off Kilter.
