Dance on Camera and Symphony Space have unveiled the 54th edition of Dance on Camera Festival, running from February 6–9, 2026. All films screen at Symphony Space’s Leonard Nimoy Thalia Theater. 

Singer Mary Porter made an auspicious 54 Below debut on November 10th, with a show honoring North Carolina performers and the songs associated with them.

a??a??a??a??a??a??a??The Santa Barbara Symphony presents a musical love letter to the City of Lights featuring a screening of Academy Award-winning film An American in Paris with live accompaniment from the Santa Barbara Symphony under the baton of guest conductor Constantine Kitsopoulos, on March 21 and 22 at the Granada Theatre. This engaging and light-hearted Hollywood classic stars Gene Kelly and Leslie Caron as they dance their way through post-war Paris to the tunes of George Gershwin. 

 'Surely, you can't be serious!' In 2020, 14 of movie history's greatest romances, funniest comedies, scariest monsters, boldest visions, ultimate adventures, and most unforgettable dramas will be back in movie theaters across the country as Fathom Events and Turner Classic Movies present the fourth annual, yearlong TCM Big Screen Classics series.

Sarasota Opera is pleased to announce the lineup for the 2019 season of "HD at the Opera House" and "Classic Movies at the Opera House."  The "HD at the Opera House" series will open on Sunday, May 19th and run through October 6th.

What a trail of stardust the whole musical leaves! (How many performers out there can claim true balletic chops, skill at acting and singing - and the aforementioned hotness?) And the word 'dazzling' seems to have been coined for Gershwin's music, generously ladled over the entire enterprise, and beautifully performed.
