Playwrights Horizons, under the leadership of Artistic Director Tim Sanford and Managing Director Leslie Marcus, is proud to announce four additional productions for its 2010/2011 40th Anniversary Season. The three World Premieres and one New York premiere join the previously-announced New York premiere of Edward Albee's ME, MYSELF & I.

PURE Theatre is proud to announce the world premiere of Lowcountry Boil written and directed by Charleston's own R.W. Smith, and will feature Jennie Pringle, R.W. Smith, David Mandel, Kevin Curler, Robbie Thomas, Will Hodges, Katie Huard, Brian DeCosta, and Randy Risher. Lowcountry Boil opens Friday, March 5 and runs through the 27th.

Up next for The New Group is the new musical The Kid, beginning performances on Friday, April 16. Official Opening Night is set for Monday, May 10. WEISS (NBC's 'The Pretender') will star in the New York premiere of THE ELABORATE ENTRANCE OF CHAD DEITY, a new play written by Kristoffer Diaz and directed by Edward Torres.
