ANW Presents ROSENCRANTZ AND GUILDENSTERN ARE DEAD Begins 10/7

A Noise Within (ANW), the acclaimed classical repertory theatre, presents Tom Stoppard's Rosencrantz and Guildenstern Are Dead, the Tony Award-winning play that first brought Stoppard to the attention of an international audience - a position he has held in the half century since its premiere in 1967. ANW Producing Artistic Director Geoff Elliott directs. Rosencrantz and Guildenstern Are Dead performs from October 7 to November 18 (Press Opening October 13).

Cape Rep Theatre continues its 2018 season with the 5-time Tonywinning Broadway musical Fun Home, book and lyrics by Lisa Kron, music by Jeanine Tesori, based on the graphic novel by Alison Bechdel, September 19 through October 14: Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays at 7 pm, Fridays and Saturdays at 8 pm, and Sundays at 2 pm. The War of the Roses is a monumental evening of theater spanning four history plays-the Henry VI trilogy and Richard III. Presented as an action-packed evening, The War of the Roses will deliver a fast-paced, far-ranging, vividly theatrical depiction of two powerful families-the Lancasters and the Yorks-and their decades-long fight for the English throne. Artists Repertory Theatre kicks off its 2018/19 season with Skeleton Crew by Dominique Morisseau, directed by William (Bill) Earl Ray. Skeleton Crew is the third play in Morisseau's The Detroit Project (A 3-Play Cycle) following Detroit '67 and Paradise Blue. For Skeleton Crew, Morisseau received a 2016 Obie Award and the play was selected for the 2014 Kilroy List. Skeleton Crew runs from September 2 through September 30 on the Morrison Stage.
