Every now and again, a show comes along that touches and surprises us in a way that only musical theater can. Called groundbreaking and unforgettable, Fun Home was the hit of the 2015 Broadway season and winner of 5 Tony Awards including "Best Musical." Based on Alison Bechdel's best-selling graphic memoir, Fun Home introduces us to Alison at three different ages in her life, "using her pen to draw her past into perspective." Ben Brantley, New York Times.
Cape Rep introduces Ashley Brooke Monroe as the director of Fun Home. Ashley is a New York City-based director whose primary interest is in developing new plays and musicals.
