According to Variety, David Spade's show is looking for a new home. “Lights Out With David Spade,” which halted production last month due to the current health crisis, will not return to Comedy Central. The ViacomCBS-owned brand is will shop the series to outside networks and platforms.

Burning Coal Theatre Company has announced its 2020 - 2021 season. This season will include A Hundred Words for Snow by Tatty Hennessy (October 8 a?" 25, 2020), Evita by Andrew Lloyd Webber (December 3 a?" 20, 2020), Fifth of July by Lanford Wilson (January 28 a?" February 14, 2021), and Three Sisters by Anton Chekhov (April 8 a?" 25, 2021).

Sherry Glaser is bringing her one-woman a?oeOh My Goddess!  A Comedy of Biblical Proportionsa?? to The Marsh Berkeley for a 6-week run. To say she has had an unorthodox career would be an understatement. After spending her formative years in the early 80's San Diego improv scene alongside other young upstarts like Whoopi Goldberg and Kathy Najimy, she shot to prominence with a?oeFamily Secretsa?? which remains the longest-running female solo show in Off-Broadway history. Shortly thereafter, tragedy struck with the disappearance of her husband and creative partner. Stunned by that turn of events, Glaser focused on raising her two daughters while also developing new works and playing smaller venues close to her northern California home. She is now back, feisty and funny and political as ever.

The House of Martin Guerre, the epic Canadian musical by Leslie Arden (music, lyrics & co-book) and Anna Theresa Cascio (co-book) will be staged in concert in Toronto for the first time since 1997.

THE LEGEND OF ROCK, PAPER, SCISSORS, a family-friendly, fun world premiere musical, comes to First Stage this March. Based on the bestselling book by Drew Daywalt and illustrated by Adam Rex, First Stage Playwright in Residence John Maclay wrote the book and lyrics with Eric Nordin, also doing music and lyrics. First Stage favorite Kelly Doherty, (outstanding as Miss Trunchbull in last season's hit MATILDA The Musical), will be making her First Stage directing debut with this production.

Georgia Ensemble Theatre (GET), the professional North Fulton theatre company, will present a special one-night only engagement of the hit show Yesterday and Today: The Interactive Beatles Experience. GET brought this show to Roswell in 2016 for a three week run and every night was a sold out performance, with many patrons attending more than once.
