Spellers at the ready! The first New York revival of the landmark Tony Award-winning musical comedy The 25th Annual Putnam County Spelling Bee is getting ready for previews. The cast just met the press and you can check out photos here!

CCAE Theatricals has released production photos for the San Diego Regional Premiere of JERSEY BOYS produced in collaboration with 3-D Theatricals. Jersey Boys is written by Marshall Brickman & Rick Elice, with music by Bob Gaudio & lyrics by Bob Crewe.

Garry Marshall Theatre presents the West End and Broadway play The Mountaintop by Katori Hall.  The Mountaintop is directed by Gregg T. Daniel, who recently staged A Raisin in the Sun at A Noise Within (Ovation Award nomination for Best Director) and Her Portmanteau at Boston Court.

REPRISE 2.0 (led by Producing Artistic Director Marcia Seligson), in association with the UCLA School of Theater, Film and Television's Department of Theater (UCLA TFT) chaired by Brian Kite, presents its inaugural production of Sweet Charity.  Directed and choreographed by Kathleen Marshall with musical direction by Gerald Sternbach, the classic Broadway hit plays through July 1 at UCLA's Freud Playhouse. Music & Lyrics and West Yorkshire Playhouse have announced that Charlotte Wakefield in the role of Truly Scrumptious and Jos Vantyler in the role of the Childcatcher in the much-loved Sherman Brothers musical CHITTY CHITTY BANG BANG. Westport Country Playhouse commemorates the centennial year of playwright Arthur Miller (1915-2005) with one of his last works, BROKEN GLASS, helmed by Playhouse artistic director Mark Lamos, playing now through October 24. Set in 1938 Brooklyn at the time of Nazi Germany's Kristallnacht (The Night of Broken Glass), the powerful drama incites a dangerous game of concealment, suspicion, and lies. On Tuesday, June 30, Sing For Your Seniors (SFYS) dedicated at a special performance the new piano it donated to the Encore Community Services Center in the heart of the theater district. The purchase, made as part of SFYS' ongoing Piano Placement Project, was made possible by a grant from Broadway Cares/Equity Fights AIDS.

Magic. Connecticut Repertory Theatre (CRT) will present The 25th Annual Putnam County Spelling Bee onstage at the Harriet S. Jorgensen Theatre tomorrow, November 20th, through December 7th.
