Berkeley Repertory Theatre today announced the full cast and creative team for Paradise Square: An American Musical. The world premiere is helmed by acclaimed director Moises Kaufman, with choreography by the legendary Bill T. Jones and a book by Marcus Gardley, Craig Lucas, and Larry Kirwan. Music by Jason Howland and Larry Kirwan, with lyrics by Nathan Tysen, and based on the songs of Stephen Foster. Paradise Square is produced by special arrangement with Garth H. Drabinsky in association with Peter LeDonne and Teatro Proscenium Limited Partnership.

The Stunt Dog Experience, Which has Delighted Audiences on Oprah, Jay Leno, Ellen DeGeneres, and More, Brings its Talented Canine Rescues to Poway OnStage on Saturday, November 3.

World-renowned tenor Anthony Kearns sang the National Anthem and 'God Bless America' at the 2018 Jim McKay Maryland Million Day at Laurel Park on Saturday, October 20, 2018. This was the fourth year Kearns sang at this extraordinary day of racing for Maryland-sired Thoroughbred horses, started in 1986.

Priestley's classic thriller An Inspector Calls will kick off a four-city U.S. tour at Shakespeare Theatre Company from November 20 through December 23, 2018.

Harnessing that allure of the city, Ryan bottled its energy and composed the new single 'The Bowery' which gets released today.  The first track to be unleashed from his second solo EP VIRTUE (release date: November 30, 2018 via The Lone Tree Recordings), 'The Bowery' is a tender paean to the street in Manhattan's East Village that was once the home of the legendary rock club CBGB's. 'I've spent a good amount of time there this year, and it really had a major influence on the lyrical themes that make up the EP,' he continues. 'The Bowery' is not just a song that reflects my love of the city; it's also the first song to open the door to what comes next for me sonically.”

The single has been #1 on the Christian Music Weekly Chart for 5 weeks and in the top ten since charting 23 weeks ago. “Beautifully Broken” is currently at #34 on the MusicRow Country Charts and continues to rise, breaking a 22 year stretch for charting a single on radio. The song was also added to Spotify's New Traditions: Country Heroes Playlist.

George Street Playhouse, temporarily located at 103 College Farm Road in New Brunswick, will open its 2018-19 5-play season on October 16th with the world premiere of a riveting courtroom drama.  The season also features a world premiere musical about the legendary Nina Simone, written by and starring Laiona Michelle who gave a searing performance in last season's American Hero.

Michael Feinstein and the Pasadena POPS close out their popular outdoor summer concert series at the Los Angeles County Arboretum on Saturday, September 8 with Broadway Goes to the Movies. The POPS season finale will provide a quintessential Feinstein experience with some of Broadway's greatest performers recreating songs from hit shows that traveled from 42nd St. to Hollywood. "This program is going to celebrate all the different musical aspects of Broadway and Hollywood," says Feinstein, who has put together a program spanning the Broadway canon from My Fair Lady to The Sound of Music to Jersey Boys. Highlights include "The Impossible Dream," "Can't Take My Eyes off of You," and "There's No Business Like Show Business," among many other beloved showtunes.
