Miller Theatre constantly seeks ways to enrich the concertgoing experience. This new season sees developments on two fronts: concert-as-theater, and artist residencies.

The Old Globe today announced the complete cast and creative team for the West Coast premiere of an exciting new American play, Rich Girl, by acclaimed playwright Victoria Stewart, continuing the Globe's 80th Anniversary festivities as part of the Balboa Park Centennial Celebration. Rich Girl will be directed by James Vasquez (Dr. Seuss' How the Grinch Stole Christmas!, Richard O'Brien's The Rocky Horror Show), and will play May 23 - June 21, 2015, in the Sheryl and Harvey White Theatre, part of the Globe's Conrad Prebys Theatre Center.

April 28, 2015 – Richmond, Virginia The Richmond Symphony invites you to experience Bernstein: Chichester Psalms on Saturday, May 9 at 8:00 p.m. and Sunday, May 10 at 3:00 p.m. at Richmond CenterStage's Carpenter Theatre. The performance features boy soprano Jack Rigdon and the 150 member Richmond Symphony Chorus with Director Erin R. Freeman. This is the final Altria Masterworks Concert of the 2014-15 Season and will be led by Music Director, Steven Smith.

President Barack Obama will proclaim a Day of Remembrance for President Lincoln on the 150th anniversary of Lincoln's death -- April 15, 2015.

Inspired by Queen Christina of Sweden who ruled the country in the 17th century before abdicating her throne at the age of 27, La Reine-Garçonis currently in development and is scheduled to have its world premiere in the COC's 2019/2020 season.

Cornish Dance Theater, the performing ensemble of the Dance Department at Cornish College of the Arts, will feature choreography by Iyun Ashani Harrison, Jose Limon, Vivian Little, Michele Miller, and Amy O'Neal at its Fall 2014 Concert, which takes place at the Cornish Playhouse this weekend, Nov. 21 and 22. Many of the pieces, including one world premiere from Harrison, focus on issues relevant to the dancers and today's college students.
