ETT (English Touring Theatre) has announced their new production of Shakespeare’s Macbeth, and further programming for 2023.

Inspired by real life events intertwined with a fantastical reimagining, Told by an Idiot's acclaimed production about comedy legends Charlie Chaplin and Stan Laurel is to return in 2023. Bringing to the stage the remarkable story of the greatest comedy double act that nearly was, Charlie and Stan is a homage to two comedy legends, looking at the two year period they spent touring together before either became famous.

BendFilm has announced the 20 films and filmmakers awarded jury prizes and more than $12,000 at the 2022 BendFilm Festival. BendFilm will present encore screenings of the award-winning titles on Sunday October 9 which concludes the in-person portion of the festival. Select titles will stream online October 10 -  23, 2022.

New Diorama Theatre in the UK announced an interesting new season: they won’t be producing any shows until 2023. The company wanted to give their artists the opportunity to rest away from the pressures of constantly producing.

The Peccadillo Theater Company will present Edward James Hyland and Robert Cuccioli in  Uncle Ted: Scenes from the McCarrick Report, a new play by Dan Wackerman, directed by Michael Parva with John Fitzgibbon, Daren Kelly, Robert Verlaque, Kersti Bryan, Jonathan Brody, Jim Schubin, Michael Castillejos, and more.

In the third week of Jacob’s Pillow Dance Festival 2022, audiences in the Ted Shawn Theatre will be treated to live music and the best of the swing dance world in SW!NG OUT. Also in Week 3, JazzAntiqua Dance & Music Ensemble, Prakriti Dance, Bill Shannon, and The New York Korean Performing Arts Center will take to the outdoor Henry J. Leir Stage.

The Orange Tree Theatre today announces the full cast for Pierre Marivaux's The False Servant, translated by Martin Crimp, whose prolific international career began at the Orange Tree Theatre, including the recent hit revival of Dealing with Clair. Before his final season as Artistic Director of the OT, Paul Miller, directs Uzair Bhatti, Will Brown, Julian Moore-Cook, Phoebe Pryce, Lizzy Watts and Silas Wyatt-Barke.
