Goodspeed Musicals will kick off its first full season of musicals since 2019 with the spring production of Kander and Ebb’s dazzling and daring classic, Cabaret. The Kit Kat Klub comes alive for the first time on the Goodspeed stage from May 13 – July 3 at The Goodspeed in East Haddam, Conn.

I've mentioned before that I don't generally care for musicals. Never have. I did fall in love with West Side Story as a kid, but when other movies like Oklahoma!, Carousel, Paint Your Wagon, and yes, even Annie Get Your Gun came on tv, I was outta there. Bergen County Players was not immune to COVID-19. Like all other theaters in the state (and on Broadway), BCP was forced to dim its lights and shutter its doors to help ensure the safety and well-being of its patrons and members during the pandemic.

Actor, comedian, screenwriter and director ROB SCHNEIDER has announced his I HAVE ISSUES TOUR, kicking off September 24, 2021 in Springfield, IL.   Tickets for his Billings appearance go on sale to the public on Friday, August 13 at 10 AM.

Kimmel Cultural Campus has announced the much-anticipated return of in-person performing arts across their venues: the Kimmel Center, the Academy of Music, and the Merriam Theater. On September 18, from 11 a.m. until 4 p.m., Kimmel Cultural Campus will host a grand reopening event in Commonwealth Plaza to celebrate the start of the 2021-22 season.

The U.S. trek--which was originally scheduled for May of 2020--runs from August 10 – October 16 and will also feature festival appearances by Dropkick Murphys and Rancid at Riot Fest in Chicago on September 18 and Aftershock in Sacramento on October 8.
