'The 2011 Billboard Music Awards' show aired live Sunday, May 22nd (8:00-11:00 p.m., ET) on the ABC Television Network. The awards show took place at the MGM Grand Garden Arena in Las Vegas, Nevada in partnership with Chevrolet and the Las Vegas Convention and Visitors Authority (LVCVA). This was the first year that ABC broadcast the event and marks the first Billboard Music Awards show since 2007.

Aurora Theatre Company Artistic Director Tom Ross helms this evocative play featuring Beth Wilmurt, Charles Dean, Marcia Pizzo, and Thomas Gorrebeeck, along with Amy Crumpacker, Ryan Tasker, Leanne Borghesi, and Beth Deitchman.

Sponsored by the Department of Music and the St. Louis Symphony Community Partnership program, the concert will take place in Washington University's E. Desmond Lee Concert Hall, located in the 560 Music Center, 560 Trinity Ave., at the intersection with Delmar Boulevard.

Led by Music Director Jean-Marie Zeitouni, the Columbus Symphony will feature celebrated pianist Katherine Chi in the "Bolero" program which includes Stravinsky's Jeu de cartes, Prokofiev's Piano Concerto No. 1, Messiaen's Oiseaux exotiques, and Ravel's Bolero.
