WOW - Women of the World Festival is set to take place this week (Friday 6th a?" Sunday 8th March) at Southbank Centre for the 10th year in a row. The festival celebrating women and girls takes place across the International Women's Day weekend with a line-up of over 25 ticketed events featuring some of the world's most exciting performers, activists and voices. The award-winning epic, directed by Artistic Director Blanka Zizka, explores the blurred lines between lies, history, and conspiracy theories as it traces the origins of Russian President Vladimir Putin's power.

Outcry Theatre presents a world premiere play, Dreams of Icarus, directed by Becca Johnson-Spinos and starring Logan Beutel and Dylan Weand. The play is a devised work, created by the actors and director based on the classic Greek myth of Icarus and Daedalus. Dreams of Icarus will perform December 20-29, 2019 at the Addison Theatre Centre Stone Cottage.
