The Verdi Chorus' 39th season culminates with  A Verdi Puccini Fest, for two performances only at the First Presbyterian Church in Santa Monica on November 12 and 13.

Celebrating its 39th Season, The Verdi Chorus (Anne Marie Ketchum, Founding Artistic Director), has announced that auditions will be held on Saturday, August 27, 2022, at the First Presbyterian Church in Santa Monica for The Verdi Chorus Fall 2022 Concerts.

The international touring company Complicité will present a new work for the theatre Drive Your Plow Over the Bones of the Dead, directed by Simon McBurney. Previewing at Theatre Royal Plymouth in December 2022, the production will run at the Barbican London, and a UK and international tour.

The band’s debut album is politically incendiary while also wholly musically adept – provocative and often idiosyncratic agit prop lyrics bouncing off of careening, adrenaline-infused musicianship. So it’s only natural that the 40th anniversary re-release of this classic album is revisited by the GRAMMY winning mix engineer Chris Lord-Alge.
