Veteran actor Eugene Lee will join Norm Lewis to star in the 20-week North American tour of Roundabout's 2020 Tony Award-winning Best Revival of the 1982 Pulitzer Prize-winning A Soldier's Play.  

The Harmon & Harriet Kelley Collection of African American Art: Works on Paper, an exhibition that celebrates 54 African American artists and their tremendous contributions to U.S. art and culture, continues at Bedford Gallery through December 18.

Adam Shopkorn, founder of Fort Gansevoort, has announced the gallery's representation of Minnesota-based artists Melvin Smith and Rose Smith.

Presented by longtime promoter AEG Presents and sponsored by Turner Classic Movies, the tour will see 76 shows beginning with two nights in Bloomington, Indiana on February 5 and 6 and concluding with two nights in South Bend, Indiana on June 23 and 24. San Francisco Playhouse announced casting for Follies by James Goldman and Stephen Sondheim. The musical will run on the San Francisco Playhouse Mainstage from June 30 through September 10, 2022. Bill English will direct, with music direction by Dave Dobrusky and choreography by Nicole Helfer. This marks the first fully staged professional production of Follies in San Francisco.

X will now join The Furs from July 6 through August 18 with four newly announced shows in Southern California this August. The foursome will now also make stops at The OC Fair/Pacific Amphitheatre, the Rady Shell in San Diego, Pappy & Harriets before wrapping it up on August 18 at the YouTube Theater in Inglewood.

GINGER THATCHER will be on the faculty of Ballet Arts, Inc.’s Summer Intensive which will be taking place from June 13-17, 2022 in Jackson, Tennessee. Ms. Thatcher will be teaching musical theater, jazz, and modern dance classes for the participants in this year’s Summer Intensive.

Guest conductor Peter Oundjian will replace Nathalie Stutzmann to lead the Stravinsky & Brahms program at the April 28 and 30 concerts. Unfortunately, Stutzmann is unable to make the performances due to illness. The Stravinsky & Brahms program features two vast works, Brahms' exceptional German Requiem and Funeral Song, Stravinsky's recently rediscovered elegy for Nikolai Rimsky-Korsakov.
