The Dallas Opera (TDO) will release select operas from past seasons for free, on-demand viewing via its YouTube channel. Productions were recorded live at the Winspear Opera House, and each will be available for one month from May through August 2026.

The Chamber Music Society of Lincoln Center has announced a Fall Season of digital concerts to replace each of the performances originally scheduled for Alice Tully Hall -- Front Row Mainstage, 16 newly-curated concerts drawn from CMS's vast archive of high-quality recordings.

Beginning June 5 and continuing through the 29th, San Francisco Opera presents a trio of extraordinary lyric works Georges Bizet's Carmen, George Frideric Handel's Orlando and Anton n Dvo k's Rusalka featuring powerful leading women in the title roles. Spanning three centuries and sung in French, Italian and Czech, the 2019 Summer Season repertory will occasion the Company debuts of four conductors, including two women, in productions that are new to the War Memorial Opera House stage. Some casting updates for the repertory were announced today and additional casting of supporting roles will be released at a future date.

A friendship between William Doyle, owner of the Museum of Style Icons in Newbridge, Ireland and Kurt Cobain's mother, sisters and daughter will bring to Ireland never exhibited intimate items of the rock legend's life. The Exhibition opens on July 19th and runs till September 30th in Newbridge, Ireland.

This fall, Marin Theatre Company unleashes their 2016-17 Family Series season with tales of growing up, friendship, and self discovery. Kicking off its second Family Series Season of Theatre for Young Audiences (TYA) plays is writer and performer Jim Napolitano with his original shadow puppet story, Father Goose's Tales. Next up are three fully self-produced TYA productions: an adaptation of Rudyard Kipling's engrossing The Jungle Book by Greg Banks, Hans Christian Andersen's classic tale, The Snow Queen, adapted by Mike Kenny, and Brendan Murray's endearing rendition of Hare and Tortoise.

Gilbert & Sullivan's operetta performed by Baltimore lawyers and judges along with performers from the Young Victorian Theatre Company is just plain well-done!

Orlando Shakespeare Theater in Partnership with UCF presents the World Premiere of Magic Tree House: A Ghost Tale for Mr. Dickens, co-written by Jenny Laird and Will Osborne with lyrics by Will Osborne and music and lyrics by Randy Courts.
