NETworks Presentations, LLC, Warner Bros. Theatre Ventures and Unique Features, bring the Broadway musical ELF to the Saenger Theatre in New Orleans. Tickets will go on sale Friday, Oct. 12 at 10 a.m. for the Dec. 18-23, 2018 engagement. Presented by the New Orleans Theatre Association, ELF, is part of the Hancock Whitney Broadway in New Orleans 2018-2019 season.

Adding a month full of holiday fun, the programming event will also include the premiere of the Freeform original film “The Truth About Christmas,” from MarVista Entertainment, airing SUNDAY, NOV. 25 at 9:00-11:00 p.m. EST/PST.

San Francisco Playhouse celebrates the magic of the holiday season with the hit Broadway musical Mary Poppins. Susi Damilano will direct the Playhouse production, with music direction by Katie Coleman and choreography by Kimberly Richards.

Oye Como Va! In NoHo this season the Troubies turn up the heat on their annual holiday send-up on the Debbie Reynolds Mainstage at the historic El Portal Theatre.  The band will be pumping and hips will be swinging as the Ovation Award winning, Los Angeles-based Troubadour Theater Company presents The Year Without a Santana Claus, a musical parody which fuses the music of Carlos Santana and the Rankin & Bass 70's claymation TV special The Year Without A Santa Claus.  The company's Master of Mayhem and Artistic Director Matt Walker directs.

Grammy winning singer/songwriter, John Berry, has been included on the new release of “Country Faith Christmas Vol. 2” by popular faith-based, multi-faceted brand, Country Faith. The CD features the top Country Music artists including Carrie Underwood, Chris Young, Kelsea Ballerini, Charlie Daniels, Hank Williams Jr, Darius Rucker and more.

Hampstead Theatre announces a new version of Anton Chekhov's Uncle Vanya by Terry Johnson and casting for the world premiere of The Hoes.

The Louis Armstrong Educational Foundation proudly presents the 8th SATCHMO Award to: jazz vocalist and songwriter Ms. Sheila Jordan. Atlantic recording artist Gucci Mane and international DJ/producer Carnage have announced plans for a major North American co-headlining tour. The Unusual Suspects Tour – with support from Florida rapper Smokepurpp – gets underway on November 7th at Myth Live in St. Paul, Minnesota, and comes to an end on December 7th in San Francisco at the historic Bill Graham Civic Auditorium.  Tickets for all dates of The Unusual Suspects Tour go on sale to the general public beginning Friday, September 28th at 10am (local).

Geva Theatre Center's 2018-2019 Fielding Studio Series begins with Fortune, written and directed by Deborah Zoe Laufer. This production comes to Geva from the Hangar Theatre in Ithaca, NY. The production begins performances on October 4 and runs in the Fielding Stage through October 21.

By the age of nine she began borrowing from her brother's collection of vintage blues, at 10 she began studying piano, and by 12 was a huge fan of Carmen McRae, Billie Holiday, Esther Phillips and Miriam Makeba. Her eclectic and wide ranging musical tastes have continued to encompass jazz, modern pop and rock as well as classical and world music.

Actor Patrick Cassidy, best known for his roles in musical theatre and television, headlines Some Enchanted Evening ~ A Night of Broadway Song & Dance to benefit Inland Pacific Ballet, the professional ballet company based in the Inland Empire. Grammy winning singer / songwriter, John Berry, celebrated his new single, “Beautifully Broken,” the title track for the exhilarating new feature film of the same name at the red carpet VIP Premiere Monday evening. The single has been #1 on the Christian Music Weekly Chart for 5 weeks and in the top ten since charting 23 weeks ago. “Beautifully Broken” is currently at #34 on the MusicRow Country Charts and continues to rise, breaking a 22 year stretch for charting a single on radio. The song was also added to Spotify's New Traditions: Country Heroes Playlist.

The season premiere of 'Keeping Up with the Kardashians,' which saw Kim and her sister Kourtney disagree over scheduling their annual holiday card photo shoot, delivered 2.2 million total viewers, 1.4 million P18-49 and 785,000 P18-34, ranking as the #1 cable program of the night among all key demos. The series was also the #1 most social entertainment program of the night, on broadcast or cable, garnering 586,488 total interactions across Twitter, Facebook and Instagram. Additionally, the latest episode of 'Very Cavallari' earned a season to-date high among all key demos garnering 910,000 total viewers, 661,000 P18-49, and 372,000 P18-34, up 29 percent, 34 percent and 65 percent respectively, from the prior week (7/29/18), marking the fourth consecutive week of growth among P18-49 and total viewers. The series has also garnered nearly 500,000 total views per episode on video on demand platforms through the first four episodes.
