To mitigate the risks associated with COVID-19, Secret Cinema reserves the right to implement health and safety restrictions, warnings or guidance at any time and communicate these to visitors on the event website and in person at the event. Visitors experiencing symptoms associated with COVID-19, or who have recently been in contact with a person experiencing symptoms, are asked not to attend the event.

Your Tickets:

__Standard__ - Gains you entry to the immersive experience.

__Premium__ - Enjoy exclusive access and storylines, private cloakroom, queue jump, 1 x food token, 2 x drink token.

Tickets are strictly non-refundable and cannot be upgraded or moved to an alternative date.

Admission: Visitors will not be admitted to the Event without a valid ticket. Visitors arriving 30 minutes after the advertised show start time may not be admitted. In the interest of safety, the Event Provider reserves the right to refuse admission and may conduct security searches.

Cancellations: If the Event Provider cancels the Event for reasons related to Covid-19, adverse weather, or other safety risk, we will endeavour to reschedule your ticket, subject to Secret Cinema's standard Terms and Conditions.

Recording Devices & Payments: Unless indicated otherwise at the Event, visitors’ mobile phones, cameras and other recording devices will be sealed in a bag for the duration of the Event and must not be used at any time. Devices will be confiscated if used at the Event. Visitors must bring alternative means of payment.

Event Details: Details on the specific location, dress code and exact timing of the Event will be communicated to the ticket buyer and recipients of transferred tickets via email only. The ticket buyer is responsible for passing on these details to all attendees in their party. Guests are expected to follow the dress code for the event.
