In deze film zijn naast de bekende gezichten uit de reeks ook een aantal nieuwe gezichten te zien. Juvat Westendorp, bekend van o.a. zijn deelname aan So You Think You Can Dance en zijn rol in Goede Tijden Slechte Tijden, heeft zijn eerste hoofdrol te pakken. Hij speelt de magier Gideon, die het nieuwe lid van de Nachtwacht moet worden. Annemieke Verdoorn speelt de rol van 'president', de baas van de werelden: de aarde en de onderwereld. Gideon Productions, the company behind the multiple New York Times Critic's Pick The Honeycomb Trilogy, will present the New York Premiere of playwright Mac Rogers' award-winning (Critic's Pick at the Cincy Fringe Festival) drama MUSICAL CHAIRS, October 19-27 at The Brick (579 Metropolitan Avenue, Brooklyn). Performances will be on Friday, October 19 at 9:30pm, Saturday, October 20 at 9;30pm, Friday, October 26 at 9:30pm, and Saturday, October 27 at 9:30pm. Written by Rick Cummins and John Scoullar and based on the book by Antoine de Saint-Exupery, the production is directed by EPIC company member Travis Burbee. CBS Television Studios released this week the soundtrack for Season 1 of their hit TBS comedy series The Guest Book. Available everywhere, Season 1: Live at Chubby's features an 11 track collection of cover songs and new original songs written and performed by the critically acclaimed Americana duo HONEYHONEY. Comprised of Benjamin Jaffe and Suzanne Santo, who also have recurring roles in the show, HONEYHONEY were approached by Executive Producer Greg Garcia (My Name Is Earl, Raising Hope) and Music Supervisor Jonathan Leahy (Girls, Mr. Robot) to write several songs for the series, along with the award-winning theme song 'Fine By Me', and were eventually cast as actors as well.
