Harvey c*cks Jr. has taken his final bow and left the stage. Harvey may not have been “born in a trunk,” as the saying goes, but as the scion of a theatrical family, he did sleep in one as a baby.  He was born April 3, 1925 in Glen Cove, Long Island. 

Anna-Jane Casey is known for her roles in shows such as Chicago, Forbidden Broadway, and Annie Get Your Gun. She is currently playing Fräulein Kost in the recent revival of Cabaret at the Playhouse Theatre. We spoke with Casey about being in the show.

So for this one last article, I am sharing one of, if not the most important accomplishment of my life: I moved to New York City!

Her Mozart is lyrical, lush, secure and dynamic, with a forceful top range and fluid technique that makes her vocality perfect for a role such as Donna Anna, which has challenged sopranos over the past two centuries. Alexandra Eckhardt is an accomplished Music Supervisor and bassist, having worked with artists including Sara Bareilles, Lin-Manuel Miranda, Alex Lacamoire, and many more! Eckhardt most recently supervised the music for the film, Passing, which premiered on January 30th at the 2021 Sundance Film Festival in the U.S. Dramatic Competition.

The Nebraska Thespian Society held its 2020 festival this past weekend at the Holland Performing Arts Center and the Double Tree Omaha. Nebraska Thespians is one of the chapters of the Educational Theatre Association which sponsors the International Thespian Society.

The Philip K. Dick European Science Fiction Film Festival has unveiled the full lineup for its sixth annual event celebrating the life and career of novelist Philip K. Dick. With an emphasis on technological advancements and existence of alternative worlds and cultures, the festival will gather in Lille, France from October 25-26, 2019 and in Cologne, Germany from October 31-November 1, 2019.
