Flint Repertory Theatre is pleased to announce that the American Theatre Wing, best known as the creator of the Antoinette Perry "Tony" Awards, is awarding Flint Repertory Theatre with a 2018 National Theatre Company Grant.

The American Theatre Wing has announced the recipients of its 2018 National Theatre Company Grants.

The Greenwich Village Orchestra (GVO) presents Concerti Per Tutti, led by Music Director Barbara Yahr, on Sunday, December 2, 2018 at 3:00pm at All Saints Church. The ensemble-focused program features the award-winning Lysander Piano Trio (Itamar Zorman, Liza Stepanova, Michael Katz) in Beethoven's lyrical Triple Concerto. The orchestra itself becomes the soloist in Bartok's poignant Concerto for Orchestra.

The Broadcast Film Critics Association (BFCA) and the Broadcast Television Journalists Association (BTJA) have announced the nominees for the third annual Critics' Choice Documentary Awards. The winners will be presented their awards at a gala event, hosted by science educator and television personality Bill Nye, on Saturday, November 10 at BRIC in Brooklyn, New York.

The life of late legendary producer Craig Zadan will be celebrated by the Educational Theatre Foundation (ETF) - the organization dedicated to supporting theatre arts in schools and nurturing students all over the country - at the organization's annual West Coast gala Thespians Go Hollywood - Honoring the Life and Work of Craig Zadan. The celebration will take place on November 11, 2018 at the Academy of Television Arts & Sciences' headquarters in North Hollywood.  The announcement was made by Robert Greenblatt, Chairman, NBC Entertainment, and Julie Cohen Theobald, President of the Educational Theatre Foundation.

IMG Artists, today's leading global performing arts management agency, announces a 36-city North American tour with multi-genre recording artist Damien Sneed. The Sphinx Medal of Excellence recipient will bring his brand of classical, jazz, and gospel music to 'We Shall Overcome: A Celebration of Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr., featuring Damien Sneed.' The tour will kick off on Friday, January 11, 2019, at the Empire Center at The Egg in Albany, NY, and will make stops at concert halls and universities in the U.S. and Canada. California Pops Orchestra, the country's only all-request pops orchestra, announces its 30th performance season.
