Tribal Theatre Group opens  its third and most ambitious play yet: boom by Peter Sinn Nachtrieb, directed by Chris Schulz, January 12-22nd 2017.

This week Keen Company welcomed Lilli Cooper to Keen's acclaimed new production of Jonathan Larson's Tick, Tick...BOOM! Beginning November 22nd, Lilli Cooper, seen on Broadway in Spring Awakening and Wicked, has taken over the role of Susan, joining Nick Blaemire and George Salazar. Keen Artistic Director Jonathan Silverstein recently announced that Keen's acclaimed new production of Jonathan Larson's Tick, Tick...BOOM! would play an extended run through December 18th. Beginning tonight, November 22nd, Lilli Cooper, seen on Broadway in Spring Awakening and Wicked, will take over the role of Susan.

Jonathan Larson's tick…tick…BOOM! closes out 2016 for Nashville's Street Theatre Company, running November 18-December 4 at Holy Trinity Church on Charlotte Pike, starring Christina Candilora, Geoff Davin and Christ Thomas.

Street Theatre Company presents the final musical of its explosive 2016 season, tick...tick...BOOM!. Written by the Pulitzer Prize-winning Jonathan Larson, creator of the Tony Award smash hit RENT [recently in production at TPAC], and David Auburn, whose incredible play Proof earned him his own Pulitzer Prize and Tony Award, tick...tick...BOOM! opened Off-Broadway in 2001 before moving to West End and the London stage.  

Brooklyn Center for the Performing Arts at Brooklyn College opens its 2016-17 season today, October 29, 2016 at 8pm with the return of three-time Amateur Night at the Apollo winners Black Violin.

Before Rent, there was tick, tick... Boom! This autobiographical musical by Jonathan Larson, the Pulitzer Prize and Tony Award-winning composer of Rent, is the story of a composer and the sacrifices that he made to achieve his big break in theatre. The musical, produced by KWP Productions, will run from November 4th through November 11th at the Bhetty Waldron Theater at Bob Carter's Actor's Workshop and Repertory Company in West Palm Beach.
