With the IN THE HEIGHTS film currently in pre-production, Lin-Manuel Miranda is looking to extend his reach into musical films as Deadline is reporting that the multi-talented star will make his feature film directorial debut with the big screen adaptation of Jonathan Larson's TICK, TICK... BOOM!

TICK, TICK…BOOM! an autobiographical pop musical based on the life of composer Jonathan Larson (RENT), kicks off the Princeton Summer Theater season with an intimate portrayal of a young artist's countdown to success or failure.

Princeton Summer Theater (PST) is proud to open its 2018 season with Jonathan Larson's autobiographical rock musical, Tick, Tick…Boom! Fueled by a brilliant rock and pop score, this intimate show pulls back the curtain onthe man whose breakthrough would change American musical theater forever in an inspiring appeal to follow your dreams. Director Victoria Davidjohn sets the show as a "story of life before success, and a reminder of what the combination of hard work, determination, and a dream can accomplish."

Black Violin will continue their successful Classical Boom Tour through May 2018, making a stop at Overture Center's Capitol Theater on Thursday, May 3 at 7:30 p.m. This tour is a follow up to the successful 2016-2017 UNITY tour, which saw 28 sold-out public performances.
