Four distinctively themed programs, each curated by a different member of Momenta Quartet have been announced for Momenta Festival III. 

Symphony Space, one of New York's best-loved cultural destinations, is pleased to announce a new season of lively and diverse programming, running from October 2017 through June 2018. Returning this season are Projects conceived by Artistic Director Andrew Byrne, each uniting Symphony Space's multidisciplinary events around a shared theme. The 67th Music Circus season continues with Damn Yankees, one of the most enduring Broadway musicals, featuring a score by legendary composers Richard Adler and Jerry Ross, and a cast that includes a number of veterans of New York City's Broadway stages.

BroadwayWorld has just officially learned that Steve Martin's new play METEOR SHOWER will be coming to Broadway's Booth Theatre this fall starring Emmy and Peabody Award-winning comedian Amy Schumer, Tony-winner Laura Benanti, another Emmy and Peabody Award-winner Keegan-Michael Key, and Alan Tudyk.

Shakespeare & Company presents A Perfect Pair of Wharton Comedies. Based on short stories originally penned by the Berkshires' legendary Edith Wharton, Roman Fever and The Fullness of Life have been adapted by Shakespeare & Company Founding Member and Training Director Dennis Krausnick. The Wharton Comedies will run at the Elayne P. Bernstein Theatre as part of their 2017 season August 17 through September 10.

???????Momenta Festival III premieres begin on opening night (October 1) with the world premiere version for theremin and string quartet of Arnold Schoenberg's Entrückung (“Rapture”) from String Quartet No. 2, Op. 10, arranged by soloist Elizabeth Brown, and the US premiere of English composer Michael Small?'s White Space - Meditation on Saenredam (2015) for solo violin.

Parisian culture, Polish politics, and the piano are the focus of this summer's annual Bard SummerScape festival, with seven weeks of music, opera, theater, dance, film, and cabaret keyed to the theme of the 28th Bard Music Festival, 'Chopin and His World.'

Shakespeare & Company presents William Shakespeare's A Midsummer Night's Dream, directed by Jonathan Croy and Douglas Seldin, and performed outside at The Dell at The Mount. 2017 Regional Theatre Tony Award Recipient Dallas Theater Center will present the world premiere of Hood: The Robin Hood Musical Adventure, a new musical comedy written and directed by five-time Tony-nominated playwright Douglas Carter Beane with music and lyrics by Lewis Flinn.

Tickets go on sale to the general public on Monday, June 26 at 10:00am ET for SpongeBob SquarePants on Broadway at The Palace Theatre (1564 Broadway - Broadway at 47th Street). Preview performances begin Monday, November 6th with an official opening on Monday, December 4th.

Drury Lane Theatre continues its 2017-2018 season with the Pulitzer-winning play The Gin Game written by D.L. Coburn, featuring Jeff Award winners Paula Scrofano and John Reeger, and directed by Ross Lehman.

Milestone Films announces the restoration from the original camera negatives and the theatrical release of No Maps on My Taps and About Tap, two seminal documentaries by George T. Nierenberg that helped revitalize tap dancing in the early 1980s. The films will premiere July 7 at the Quad Cinema to coincide with New York's annual citywide Tap City festival.
