Theatre Downtown proudly presents this Pulitzer Prize winning classic that redefined gay themed theatre for a whole new generation. God has abandoned heaven. Its 1985: the Reagans are in The White House and Death swings the scythe of AIDS. Angels in America follows a group of New Yorkers as they deal with the disease in different ways and come to terms with the illness and themselves. Winner of the Pulitzer Prize for Drama.
