Following critical acclaim, and a sold-out run at the Young Vic, producers Sonia Friedman Productions, Tom Kirdahy and Hunter Arnold are delighted to announce the full cast for the West End transfer of Joe Murphy and Joe Robertson's The Jungle, a National Theatre and Young Vic co-production with Good Chance Theatre,directed by Stephen Daldry and Justin Martin. The production is set in Europe's largest unofficial refugee camp, the Calais Jungle, which in 2015, became a temporary home for more than 10,000 people.  Previewing from 16 June, with World Refugee Day on 20 June, The Jungle will have an Opening Night on 5 July at the Playhouse Theatre, with rehearsal photography released today. Lucie's new show, "I Got The Job: Songs From My Musical Past" will take place at 7pm nightly through Saturday, July 21. B Street Theatre Extends THE LADIES FOURSOME Due To Popular Demand

The Ladies Foursome was based upon an earlier play by Foster entitled The Foursome, in which four men who are old buddies from college, play 18 holes of golf. Foster shifted the story to feature four women instead of four men, and changed the plot in specific ways to fit his new cast of characters. Ladies Foursome premiered at the Morrisburg Theatre in Montreal, Canada in July of 2014. The show received glowing reviews with many critics claiming that this new Foursome was better than the first. Soon after, the play received an American premiere at the B Street Theatre, and since then has been produced at the Bay Theatre in Baltimore, Theatre Baddeck in Cape Brenton Island, and the Toowoomba Theatre in Canada. Lewis Carroll's unflappable young heroine, Alice, takes a tumble down an enchanted rabbit hole to an off-kilter world of mock turtles, dancing flora, punctual rabbits and mad tea parties. Playing cards hold court, and nothing is as it seems in this land where whimsy and wordplay are the order of the day. Playing July 26th - July 29th, this Prince St. Players Musical by Jim Eiler and Jeanne Bargy, is chock full of music and fun and promises to bring smiles to kids of all ages. Producing Artistic Director Elizabeth Flemming, Associate Artistic Director Ethan Paulini and Managing Director Frank Hartley will present a new adaptation of Alice in Wonderland in Alice's Tea Cup called Alice in Alice's. This brand new adaptation features Book, Music and Lyrics by Joe Barros and Rick Edinger. Performances begin August 11 and run through September 12 at Alice's Tea Cup - Chapter II, 165 E. 64th St in Manhattan. Showtimes are 9am on Saturdays and Sundays and 3pm on Wednesdays. The Maddest Tea Party in Brisbane

Everyone knows the tale of Alice in Wonderland; of a young girl who falls down a rabbit hole into a fantasy, nonsensical world filled with mad creatures, so to speak. Each year features new adaptations by a plethora of theatre companies, both independent and commercial and each adaptation transforms the story to accentuate a different part of the narrative, that you wouldn't have thought of before. Unfortunately, Penny Farrow's Alice in Wonderland Live didn't teach us anything new but maybe that wasn't the playwright's intention as the production gave birth to Carroll's world spectacularly and in exuberant colours.
