Full Cast Announced For SLEEPING BEAUTY – THE ROCK 'N' ROLL PANTO This Christmas At Theatr CLWYD

Artistic Director of Theatr Clwyd, Tamara Harvey, today announces the full cast for the cult rock 'n' roll panto, Sleeping Beauty. Featuring 16 rock and soul songs played live by actor-musicians, Zo Waterman directs Sean McKenzie who leads the company in the role of Dame Tabetha Trott. Joining him making their pantomime debuts will be Britain's Got Talent finalist James Ifan (Simon Steadfast), David Heywood (Mordred) and Emmy Stonelake (Frederica). Completing the cast are Greg Coulson (Domestos), Lynwen Haf Roberts (Morgana), Rowan Talbot (King Camelot), Luke Thornton (Harold The Herald), Elian West (Princess Susie) and Zoe West (Fairy Fanciful).

Porchlight Music Theatre and Artistic Director Michael Weber are proud to announce the second extension of Billy Elliot the Musical through Sunday, Dec. 31. Billy Elliot the Musical with music by Elton John and book and lyrics by Lee Hall is directed and co-choreographed by Porchilght Artistic Associate Brenda Didier, with Co-Choreographer Craig V. Miller and music direction by Porchlight Artistic Associate Linda Madonia at Porchlght's new home, the Ruth Page Center for the Arts, 1016 N. Dearborn Street. The Old Globe today announced the additional productions in its 2018 Summer Season, including the classic Neil Simon comedy Barefoot in the Park directed by Jessica Stone (Ken Ludwig's Robin Hood!, Arms and the Man, and Vanya and Sonia and Masha and Spike at the Globe), which will run July 28 - August 26, 2018. The Summer Shakespeare Festival lineup will include The Tempest, running June 17 - July 22, 2018, and Much Ado About Nothing, directed by three-time Tony Award winner Kathleen Marshall (the Globe's Love's Labor's Lost), running August 12 - September 16.
