On a bitterly cold London evening, schoolteacher Kyra Hollis (Mahira Kakkar) receives an unexpected visit from her former lover, Tom Sergeant (Greg Wood), a successful and charismatic restaurateur. The Center for the Arts at George Mason University announced today the 2019/2020 season of Great Performances at Mason, its annual series featuring leading national and international artists in the disciplines of classical music, opera, jazz, ballet, modern dance, theater, and global music and dance. The Center also announced the return of the Family Series, offering its second season of affordable programming for young audiences.

The Philly POPS and the Kimmel Center for the Performing Arts will present the School District of Philadelphia's All-City Jazz Festival. The day of free jazz performances by student and professional musicians will be held in the Kimmel Center's Perelman Theater and Commonwealth Plaza on Tuesday, April 16, 2019 from noon 9 p.m. This will be the POPS's fifth year presenting this event and the third year in partnership with the Kimmel Center.

Broadway's newest intimate concert venue - has extended its run of the special "Boy Band Brunch" from The Boy Band Project for seven more Sunday afternoon shows, running from March 31 through June 30. Daryl Roth presents the world premiere of Accidentally Brave, written by and starring Maddie Corman(Appropriate, Next Fall), which opened Off-Broadway last night, March 25, 2019 at DR2 Theatre in Union Square.  The play is directed by Tony Award Nominee Kristin Hanggi (Rock of Ages, bare). The Hop Jam, Oklahoma's largest craft beer and music festival, is excited to announce its full music lineup for this year's all-ages free concert, plus the initial roster of 100+ breweries anticipated to participate. The cast has been revealed for the hottest production of the year - the eagerly awaited South African premiere of the multiple Tony award-winning musical KINKY BOOTS.
