The new West End cast of Harry Potter and the Cursed Child began performances at the Palace Theatre in London's West End on 23 May 2018. Jamie Ballard plays Harry Potter, Susie Trayling plays Ginny Potter and Joe-Idris Roberts plays their son Albus Potter. Thomas Aldridge plays Ron Weasley with Nicola Alexis as Hermione Granger and Helen Aluko as their daughter Rose Granger Weasley. Playing Draco Malfoy is James Howard with Jonathan Case as his son Scorpius Malfoy.

WICKED, the “world class West End musical” (Official London Theatre) that tells the incredible untold story of the Witches of Oz, is delighted to confirm that Alice Fearn (Elphaba), Sophie Evans (Glinda), Melanie La Barrie (Madame Morrible), Andy Hockley (The Wizard), Jack Lansbury (Boq), Laura Pick (Standby for Elphaba) and Carina Gillespie & Maria Coyne* (Standby for Glinda) will all continue in their current roles. Joining them, from Monday 23 July 2018, will be the previously announced David Witts as Fiyero together with Chris Jarman (Harry Potter and the Cursed Child) as Doctor Dillamond and current cast member Rosa O'Reilly, who takes over the role of Nessarose.

Following a blockbuster run at the British Library in London, Harry Potter: A History of Magic tickets go on sale today at the New-York Historical Society, which will host the exhibition from October 5, 2018 - January 27, 2019. Excitingly, the exhibition will display many new artifacts for the first time, and beginning today, tickets for trivia programs and a series of family events associated with the exhibition will also be available.

The exhibition-the most successful showcase of all time at the British Library in London-will be on view at New-York Historical October 5, 2018-January 27, 2019.
