Olivier Award nominee Catherine McCormack (All My Sons, Braveheart) will join the company of Jez Butterworth's The Ferryman, directed by Sam Mendes, beginning Today, December 18. McCormack will make her Broadway debut in the role of "Mary Carney," which she first played in the London cast, when Genevieve O'Reilly departs the production on Sunday, December 16.

Kansas City Actors Theatre has completed casting for its production of Ariel Dorfman's "Death and the Maiden," which will run from January 9th to the 27th at the City Stage in Union Station. The production will be directed by Cinnamon Schultz and will star Vanessa Severo, Robert Gibby Brand, and Rusty Sneary. The production team includes Gary Mosby (Scenic Designer,) Deb Morgan (Properties Designer), Georgianna Buchanan (Costume Designer), Shane Rowse (Lighting Designer), Jonathan Robertson (Sound Designer), Mary Allison Joseph (Dramaturg), and Kyle Dyck (Technical Director).

GHOSTLIGHT RECORDS has announced the release of Hundred Days, the original cast recording of the critically acclaimed new musical, on CD in stores and online today, Friday, November 30. The unique album was recorded with a live studio audience that captures the excitement and emotion of the original production. It was released in streaming and digital formats earlier this season. Madeleine Potter and Donald Sage Mackay complete the cast for the forthcoming West End Premiere of Pulitzer Prize-winner Sam Shepard's ferociously funny, modern classic, True West. They will join the previously announced Kit Harington - renowned for his leading role in the internationally acclaimed series Game of Thrones - and Johnny Flynn - star of the widely celebrated film Beast and US TV series Genius, and who received rave reviews for his performance in the New York transfer of Hangmen, in the first UK production of Shepard's work since his death last summer. True West will play a limited season at the Vaudeville Theatre from Friday 23 November - Saturday 16 February (Press Night: Tuesday 4 December at 7:00pm).

The Eli and Edythe Broad Stage's 2018-19 Celebrity Opera Series opens with one of the most acclaimed sopranos in the world, Sonya Yoncheva, with Domingo Hindoyan, conductor, on Wednesday, November 7 at 7:30pm.  Zachary Woolfe said in The New York Times, "Yoncheva is a performer that I'd seek out, no matter what she does."  Tickets for members are now on sale.  Tickets for the general public will go on sale on Wednesday, September 12.
