Festival Opera presents Gaetano Donizetti's popular romantic comedy as part of its 35th anniversary season. Two free outdoor public performances are scheduled: July 23 at 6 p.m. at Orinda Community Park and July 26 at 4 p.m. at Walnut Creek's Civic Park. The production offers audiences of all ages the opportunity to enjoy one of opera's most charming and enduring works in a relaxed, community-oriented setting.
