E4TT's annual fav, a program of music by women and nonbinary composers. This year featuring the World Premiere of "Spent," a new piano trio focusing on global warming and resource consumption, by Tamara McLeod (b. 1999) and works from E4TT’s newest Call for Scores from Luna Composition Lab alums. PLUS music by Gabriella Smith (b. 1991), Jennifer Higdon (b. 1962), Tania León (b. 1943), Jessica Mao (b. 1998), Claudia Montero (1962-2021), Niloufar Nourbakhsh (b. 1992), Alex Temple (b. 1983), and Florence Price (1899-1952). Guest violinist Jennifer Redondas will join E4TT soprano Nanette McGuinness, cellist Abigail Monroe and pianist Margaret Halbig. The concert will also be live-streamed at no charge on E4TT’s YouTube channel.
