Once upon a time, the magical kingdom of Storyland was created for one purpose: to reenact beloved fairy tales for anyone around the world who says the magic words, “Read me a story.” But lately, Cinderella has begun to question whether her story really has a happy ending or not. She has her Prince Charming, a castle and friends, and yet all she feels is . . . bored!
But Cinderella’s world is about to be redefined by two powerful women: noted feminist Betty Friedan and pop icon Britney Spears. Utilizing over 20 songs, including “Circus,” “Lucky,” “Crazy,” “Toxic,” and “Oops!...I Did It Again,” this musical gives Cinderella and all your favorite fairy tale princesses a second chance to figure out just what a happy ending truly is. (Hint: it involves taking control of your own story . . . and lots of hip hop!)
Directed by former Bearcat Drama Director Brad Friedman, choreographed by Bearcat alum James Zongus, with musical direction by Rick Reynolds, “Once Upon a One More Time” will have you laughing and dancing in the aisles.
ASL translation will be available on Saturday, November 8, 2025.
