Theatre Rhinoceros presents a unique adaptation of Othello, performed in the scenic Salesforce Park in San Francisco. Emmy-winner Dedrick Weathersby stars as Othello, with GLAAD Media Award-winner John Fisher portraying the scheming Iago. This production explores themes of jealousy and contemporary issues of gender and queer sexuality amidst the backdrop of a classical Shakespearean tragedy. Directed by John Fisher, the performance features a talented ensemble cast of Bay Area actors and will be staged from September 26 to September 28, 2025.
