Baroque Brilliance at Philharmonia Baroque Orchestra & Chorale

Guest conductor Patrick Dupré Quigley leads a festive holiday-season program combining brilliant vocal showpieces, orchestral favorites, and rarely performed gems. The program features Handel's Let the Bright Seraphim, Bach's Jauchzet Gott in allen Landen, Telemann's Burlesque de Quixotte, C.P.E. Bach's Cello Concerto in A major featuring cellist William Skeen, and a West Coast premiere motet by Marianna Martines. Soprano Kathryn Mueller joins Philharmonia for the performances, with oboist Gonzalo X. Ruiz and trumpeter Kathryn Adduci also highlighted.
