From Root to Relevé is a Farm to Table Dinner Experience presented by Ballet West and Ballerina Farm, founded by former dancer Hannah Neeleman. Set in the summer fields of the Kamas mountain valley, the evening features an open-fire meal from guest chefs Micheál "Tiffin" Griffin and Avery Jensen, highlighting seasonal produce, farm-raised meats, and fresh cheeses. The evening also includes a preview performance of works from Ballet West at the Summit.
