us and the rest of ‘em by Anthony D'Juan is an intimate and powerful portrait of the close-knit Elem family in South Sacramento over the course of several pivotal days. Centered around the perceptive twelve-year-old grandson Dante, the play explores how family love, generational wisdom, and unspoken tensions collide in moments of crisis. With humor, warmth and familiarity, the story captures the fragile space between childhood and adulthood, where identity is formed, and values are tested.

Playwright Anthony D’Juan has shared his writing and directing talent all over Sacramento, including with CapStage Theatre, B Street Theatre, Celebration Arts, Big Idea Theatre and The Actor’s Workshop.
