Math is breaking. Space and time are fracturing. The ancient Cult of Pythagoras has broken reality through an arcane incantation, opening a dreaded ArithmeRift in Portland’s Experiment PDX.
Agents of the Situationally Uncertain Mathematics Mitigation (SUMM) division are trying to contain the Fracture and save math. But they need help from expendables- uh... volunteers. Like you!
FRACTURE! is an interactive math horror experience – part haunted house, part escape room, all live theater, and entirely SCARY.
Explorations into the Fracture will commence October 2 and run through October 12, Thursday – Sunday 7pm - 10pm. Warning: After 8pm, explorers will experience extreme darkness, flashing lights, loud noises, and sudden frights. 7pm – 8pm versions are less frightening and family friendly. Groups will enter every fifteen minutes. Some may escape the FRACTURE!
Featuring the talents of Portland’s local performers: Amy Driesler, Aron Wagner, Brian Saville Allard, Darius Haase, Erin Connelly, Paige McKinney, Sadie Bowman, Stew Towle, and more.
