Christmas Eve has descended on Tuna, Texas (pop. 201), and nothing is calm or bright. The fiercely competitive Christmas Decoration Yard Display Contest is under siege from a prank-happy “Christmas Phantom,” the local A Christmas Carol production may go dark over an unpaid light bill, and Tastee Kreme staff are stuck flipping donuts instead of opening presents. Two lightning-fast actors whirl through twenty-four unforgettable townsfolk roles in this gleefully satirical, small town holiday romp. The Village Voice notes, “the hilarity never lets up,” and Theater Colorado Review hails this campy tale as “a first-rate laugh-out-loud gem.”
