AN ENEMY OF THE PEOPLE
By Henrik Ibsen (adapted by Arthur Miller)

(Sept. 21 evening performance will include ASL interpretation & audio description for visually impaired)
Randall Theater, 1301 W. Norris St. Philadelphia, PA
When a poisoned water source threatens the lives of vacationers in a Norwegian resort town, local scientist Dr. Tom Stockmann plans to report the danger and prevent a health crisis. Rather than being lauded a hero, he finds himself defamed, branded a villain, and his family threatened. This timely and high-paced classic drama is an investigation of how we face inconvenient truths and the terrible price to be paid when speaking up for what is right.
