In his first work for American Ballet Theatre, Rudd has choreographed Touché for Principal Dancer Calvin Royal III and corps de ballet member João Menegussi. The work is set to Que Te Mate el Desierto, an original score by Woodkid from the motion picture Desierto, and Giuseppe Tornatore Suite by Ennio Morricone, recorded by Yo-Yo Ma from the motion picture Malèna. Touché, created and filmed in Silver Bay, New York, explores themes of male love. Sarah Lozoff served as intimacy director.

In the three years since the release of their critically acclaimed fourth studio album, Stage Four, Touché Amoré has spent their time touring and reflecting on a record that was deeply personal. Time heals, and singer Jeremy Bolm explains that moving forward, they want to shake things up, “This time around, we need to take a chance with the unfamiliar. Someone who would take us out of our comfort zone. Enter Ross Robinson. A man who knows no comfort zone. I followed his career all through my youth to being a young adult. When we returned from our recent Midwest tour, we entered the studio to record a song with Ross and see if there was chemistry…” That chemistry was captured with Robinson's (Korn, At the Drive-In, Glassjaw) signature analog recording style and “Deflector” was born in a small basement studio in Atwater Village, CA.

Touché Amoré will release the 10 year anniversary deluxe version of their debut album …To The Beat Of A Dead Horse this Friday (pre-order). Today the band shared 'Suckerfish' (Anniversary Version) with Brooklyn Vegan and the song can also be shared at YouTube. About the song Brooklyn Vegan says, ' It's all around a little different than the original, but it still retains the humble charm of the band's debut and it's a good recording in its own right.'

On Wednesday, August 7th the cast of Blinded by the Light, Bruce Springsteen and his wife/E Street Band guitarist Patti Scialfa walked the red-carpet prior to the film screening. Later that evening, Bruce surprised the audience and performed at the after party!
