Christmas is almost here so we decided to spread some Christmas cheer with this week's #TBT! So once again our social media manager dove into the BroadwayWorld archives and found the Opening Night video of Dr. Seuss' How The Grinch Stole Christmas! - The Musical from 2007! The Old Globe today presents the Globe's 21st annual production of Dr. Seuss's How the Grinch Stole Christmas!The holiday musical will run November 3 - December 29 on the Donald and Darlene Shiley Stage in the Old Globe Theatre, part of the Globe's Conrad Prebys Theatre Center. Previews run November 3 - November 7. Opening night is Thursday, November 8 at 7:00 p.m. The Grinch isdirected by James Vasquez, with book and lyrics by Timothy Mason and music by Mel Marvin. The original production of Dr. Seuss's How the Grinch Stole Christmas! was conceived and directed by Jack O'Brien with additional lyrics by Theodor S. Geisel, additional music by Albert Hague, and original choreography by John DeLuca.

Roundabout Theatre Company present the world premiere production of SKINTIGHT, by Roundabout Underground alumnus Joshua Harmon (Bad Jews, Significant Other), with direction by three-time Obie Award winner Daniel Aukin (Bad Jews). The cast includes Will Brittain as 'Trey,' Stephen Carrasco as 'Jeff,' Eli Gelb as 'Benjamin Cullen,' Cynthia Mace as 'Orsolya,' Idina Menzel as 'Jodi Isaac' and Jack Wetherall as 'Elliot Isaac.'

HOW THE GRINCH STOLE CHRISTMAS runs at the Old Globe Theatre through December 24. It has a book and lyrics by Timothy Mason, and music by Mel Marvin.

Manhattan Theatre Club's world premiere of David Lindsay-Abaire's GOOD PEOPLE, the critically acclaimed new American play directed by Daniel Sullivan, plays through Sunday, May 29. The production had previously been on sale through Sunday, May 8. In the video below, Tate Donovan visits 'Talk Stoop' to discuss his involvement in the show.
